Discount Real Estate Done Right!

Unlike "other" discount companies I believe there is lots of money to save on commissions but it is still important to offer enough commission to cooperating selling Realtors to stop them from trying to sabotage an buyer's interest so they can whisk them away to a full fee listing. My flexible fee structure usually saves my sellers about half when compared to common rate of 7% of the first $100,000 and 2.5% of the balance yet still offers selling Realtor splits almost equal to the amount 7+2.5% would be offering! The result is huge savings while achieving the same level of cooperation. Call me for more information!
